Civil Rights

Discrimination remains entrenched and widespread within the public and private sector.  Despite the successes in passing Civil Rights Laws and creation of agencies to enforce the laws, obtaining justice when your rights have been violated can be challenging. No one knows this better than someone who has been in this situation, as such, Gwendolyn understands the difficulties and challenges of the filing and resolution process.

She has over 10 years of experience in the area of enforcing local and federal civil rights laws. She will use her years of knowledge to represent and help you navigate what can be a difficult and overwhelming process.

Special Education Law

Every student is entitled to an education tailored to their unique needs and circumstances. When a school fails to timely offer and/or implement services for your child they have failed to offer a free appropriate public education under Section 504 of the federal law which entitles your child to this right.

I will be a dedicated advocate for you and your child. I will guide you  through the process as I vigorously pursue the education services your child needs. It is your right!
